Equality Forum

APDL has been a member of the IGen Forum promoted by the CITE (Commission for Equality in the Workplace and Employment) since 2012, as a founding member, having signed the accession agreement in February 2013. Participating companies undertake improvement commitments that materialize in measures or practices to promote gender equality in the workplace, showing a clear commitment to promoting professional equality and ending all discriminatory processes
