In accordance with paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 of Article 7 of Decree-Law No. 232/2007 of 15 June, as amended by Decree-Law No. 58/2011 of 4 May, the APDL Strategic Plan 2017-2026, with updates made in December 2019 following the approval of the Strategy for Increasing the Competitiveness of the Mainland's Commercial Ports Network — Horizon 2026 (Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 175/2017 of 24 November), is available for consultation.

Additionally, in accordance with paragraphs 6 to 9 of Article 7 of the same legislation, the respective Environmental Report and Non-Technical Summary are available for review, on which you may provide feedback within 30 days.

Strategic Objectives

  • The Strategic Objectives stem from the mapping of the company's strategy and the infrastructure it manages, focusing on four main themes: Customer and Market Orientation, Port and Logistics Competitiveness, Value Creation and Financial Sustainability, and Sustainability and Environment.

    In this context, we have defined 10 Strategic Objectives, which are monitored and tracked through indicators, targets, and responsible parties. This monitoring is carried out through monthly meetings (AGM - Monthly Management Evaluation) of the Board of Directors with the first-line managers, using the Balanced Scorecard methodology.
