Costa Romantica cruise ship call the Port of Leixões

On September 12, the Port of Leixões welcomes COSTA NEOROMANTICA cruise ship from the Italian cruise company COSTA CROCIERE. The ship is on its 12 days voyage from the Dutch port of Amsterdam to the Italian port of Civitavecchia.

NEOROMANTICA is sailing with 1409 passengers on board, mostly French and Italian, served by 620 crew members. Before calling Leixões, these passengers had the opportunity to visit the ports of Dover (England), Le Havre (France) and Portland (England) and, after Leixões, they will also visit the ports of Lisbon (Portugal), Cadiz (Spain), Marseille (France) and Savona (Italy).

COSTA NEOROMANTICA (formerly Costa Romantica) was built in 1993 at the Fincantieri Marghera shipyard (Italy) but was completely renovated in 2003. It has 220 meters long, 32 meters wide and a gross tonnage of 57 000 tons. The ship surprises by its contemporary, sophisticated and shiny design.
