A APDL - Administração dos Portos do Douro e Leixões S. A. has adopted the Electronic Procurement Platform vortalGOV and established an agreement so that suppliers can join, understand the specifications of the new code, and promote new contracts with public adjudicating entities.

The use of the vortalGOV platform with Universal access is free for: access, consultation of the available tender documents, and submission of proposals.

If you do not yet have access to Vortal, you can register at www.vortalgov.pt as follows:

2º Competitors / Suppliers
3º Universal Access
4º Select an option: TOTAL, START, or ON
5º Select - Buy
6º Adhesion Form

 


For the purpose of submitting a proposal or sending notifications/communications to the contracting authority, you must have a package of temporary stamps.

The manuals are available online next to the Adhesion Form.
